Takaful Al Sham was founded in 2012 by 5 groups of friends and volunteers who were interested in humanitarian work in response to the crisis that struck Syria at that time. This crisis ultimately resulted in the tragedy of millions who have been severely affected in an unprecedented manner. Millions of children have suffered from violence, displacement and ignorance since and this leads to a dark future for the coming generation.
